Yunnan Silver Needle (Baihao Yinzhen) 2 x 10g

Our Yunnan Silver Needle is the "Superfood" of the tea world. Unlike the smaller Fujian varieties, these are plump, oversized buds harvested from Yunnan’s wilder large-leaf trees. Draped in a thick coat of shimmering white down, this tea is minimally processed to preserve its high antioxidant content and ethereal sweetness.
- The Process: Hand-plucked in early spring (Buds only) → Natural Withering → Gentle Sun-drying. No roasting, no rolling.

How to Brew
